This place is surrounded by businesses so it was quiet. There was only one accessible outlet by the only nightstand because the rooms are on the smaller side. The carpet in our room had a few spots on it and there was a dent painted over on the wall. The ac smelled a bit musty. Minimal breakfast, but not bad.
We loved this hotel. I'd have given it five stars if I hadn't had to be upstairs with no elevator. (I'm recovering from cancer treatment), and if the breakfast had been a little better. The rooms were the right size. The bed was great, just the right height. The water was hot and there was plenty of pressure in the shower. Parking was convenient and the pool seemed great.
The front desk is not manned very often, even around check in time. The rooms are small but clean. Bathroom was recently updated with the new curved shower curtain rod but it was obviously on the cheaper side and the wall hadn't been touched up yet. Drain was very slow too, stood in a couple inches of water while I showered. Breakfast was nothing too exciting, nothing hot. Free WiFi was a plus and the pool area looked nice. Good location.
Al (Alpansh) at the front desk was incredibly helpful, courteous and just a really good dude. The room was clean & cozy. It was nice that it had a mini fridge & microwave. The beds were a little firm for my liking but others may like that. It was very quiet and I’m glad they were able to take our unexpected hotel reservation due to their sister (AmercInn) hotel dropping the ball.
We rented the gathering room and pool area for a children's birthday party on a Sunday afternoon. Price was reasonable, interaction with management was excellent, facilities were perfect for the event. I can't rate the room because we didn't stay in a room.
Good rates, close drive to downtown, gas food, shopping. They allow dogs $20 first night, $10 second. The rooms were decent, the pool and hot tub were really nice and clean.
I grew up in Hudson but haven't been back in 20 years. The motel has grown along with the city and now has a pool, hot tub, and a big breakfast area with plenty to choose from for a tasty and nutritious breakfast! I liked my stay here so much that I stayed an extra 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and compassionate with me when I lost my wallet and needed some time to get my financial system resolved with my bank back on the west coast. Very kind and courteous! I will definitely stay here again. I also appreciate the spot reserved for veterans as close to the door as one can park.
Check in was more than adequate. Room was fine, clean and quiet, well stocked. I would definitely stay here again. Since Covid, the breakfast is very basic, no eggs, just waffles. Very convenient to everything in the area.
